A man in Utah was killed by authorities in a raid for making online threats to kill Joe Biden. Was his killing unconstitutional or justified?

Obviously theathing someone with death is something very stupid thing to do especially a president but if the man didn't grab a gun to shoot at authorities upon entry of his house is the killing justified to you?

Why not arrest him and sentence him to prison for his crimes instead of just killing him?

Doesn't he have a protected right to a trial by the U. S. constitution to be exercised?

Did the government ignored his constitutional rights and just ordered him to be killed you think? https://apnews.com/article/utah-biden-fbi-assassination-threat-ba3cc1d3b2f6cca8bd429febdcf04219
