A man in Utah was killed by authorities in a raid for making online threats to kill Joe Biden. Was his killing unconstitutional or justified?

Obviously theathing someone with death is something very stupid thing to do especially a president but if the man didn't grab a gun to shoot at authorities upon entry of his house is the killing justified to you?

Why not arrest him and sentence him to prison for his crimes instead of just killing him?

Doesn't he have a protected right to a trial by the U. S. constitution to be exercised?

The article states he was armed at the time. If he was directed to lay down his arms, or put his hands in the air and refused then it is probably justifiable homicide, particularly if he was visibly armed.


I would however like to point out a nasty little smear attempt in this article. Before I continue, let me make it clear I do not endorse any violence against police, and do endorse complying with their directives.

Let me state a few facts. Mark Zuckerburg openly admitted on the Joe Rogan Show the FBI has been propagandizing the American people along with the CIA. We are all aware of the “misinformation” posts on Facebook. Zuckerberg stated the FBI requested he censor certain conservative and pro Trump posts during the 2020 presidential election. He said the FBI labeled them, many of them as Russian propaganda. Zuckerberg stated he had a “misinformation” label put on them and explanation of why it was misinformation, which were all lies, and limited the circulation of such posts, whereas Twitter deleted the posts all together.

Then there’s the Jan 6th incident in which the Chief of Police of Capital Hill stated the crowed was loaded with federal agents. When questioned by Congress both about the presence of federal agents in the crowd at Capitol Hill on Jan 6th and IF they incited any of the violence that day, both the head of the FBI and 2nd in command of the FBI stated they would not answer the question. In the case of the head of the FBI he was asked this question by no less than 3 senators and refused to answer.

Then we have the known lying the FBI did in the Russian Collusion hoax, and their arresting of anti abortion activists in their homes. Also the FBI has been alleged in attempting to cover up the Hunter Biden laptop incident.

It is abundantly clear the FBI and CIA have been weaponized against the American people and conservatives in general. They are both rouge agencies abusing their power to promote left wing agendas.

I have 0 trust in either organization and so far as I’m concerned they are rouge agencies that need to be cleaned out. Therefore I do not trust their accounts of events in connection with the incident in the article you attached. The leadership of both organizations are liars and they have a political agenda. To hell with both organizations.

Republicans and conservatives have plenty of reason to fear this manner of “law and order.” Screw whoever wrote this article. They too are a manipulator and propagandist for making the statement I pasted from that article. Abuse of power and propaganda are NOT the law and order Republicans and conservatives tout.

Free speech does not cover threats of violence, and especially towards government officials. Criticize them til the cows come home, but you can’t get into the violent shit, in practice or just running off at the mouth about it.

Because of the increase in violent online rhetoric, law enforcement will be monitoring social media for things of that nature. Serious ongoing threats will rightly be treated as domestic terrorism. This particular guy was making open threats about assassinating both Biden and Harris, and he then threatened any federal agents who tried to interfere. He even explicitly said he’d have a loaded gun waiting for the feds if they ever showed up.

I feel like I remember a strong mood of “just comply with what the authorities ask of you and you’ll have nothing to worry about” these past couple of years, so….🤔

This was a hit job from Biden's Gestapo. He is using the same tactics that Joseph Stalin used. The person they shot was a 75 year old military veteran who walked with a cane. A group of 35-40 FBI agents in full battle gear descended on his home at 6:15 AM. I do not see why they could have subdued him without having to kill him. This was a message directed squarely at Trump supporters.

The article you yourself posted definitely does not say he was shot for making threats. In fact it explicitly says he was armed when confronted. While that doesn't give us details, there is enough cause to consider the possibility that the arresting officers feared for their lives.
