Trump, like Biden, has a qualified immunity for his actions while in office. The immunity is not absolute. And Biden has already had Trump arrested - I strongly suspect - but that would never be publicly revealed. Isn't it ironic that Bragg initially did not want to prosecute Trump but then an employee from the DOJ went to work in Bragg's office and the prosecution decision got reversed?
