Do you believe weed needs to be legalized?

Hey everyone, I'm looking for your opinions do you think its finally time for the good ol' USA to finally legalize weed federally?

There's so many benefits to legalizing it from less people getting arrested for having it to helping with medical conditions.

i don't do "believe". i know that a considerable increase in a whole slew of psychologic disorders like psychosis and schizoaffective disorders significantly correlate with the lagalization of weed. so because of that, it is my opinion (not believe) that weed should not be legal. it is for the same reason that alcohol should not be legal. tho we happen to live in a society where alcohol is already legal and taking rights away from a society is a very difficult procedure. and i it is my opinion (not believe) that the fact that alcohol is legal should not be used as an argument to legalize weed

It's legal in my state, and it's like walking into a fancy boutique. I'd much rather have it this way, than having it dealt in back alleys. Pot doesn't work on me, but one Indica gummy bear makes me sleep like a baby.

Legalize it for people on private property, because I want people who actually need it to have access to it. But unfortunately, recreational weed smokers are too obnoxious for me to want it to be legal publicly.

Absolutely. There are literally no down sides to legalising it. It helps with so many things, you can’t die from overdose, and it’s healthier than tobacco and alcohol.
