People aren't gonna like my answer, but it's actually black and brown politicians. And yes, a lot of them DO happened to be women, but it's their RACE that's to blame, not their gender. It's no accident that black and Hispanic nations are the most impoverished and have the highest violent crime and corruption. These people don't know how to lead. Equally as corrupt but in my opinion, I think we let the corrupt female politicians get away with it because we use the fact that they are female to excuse the behavior.
