If it's in Georgia, then it's not an arrest, it's an arraignment and it has to do with actions taken between the election and January 6th to try to change the results from Georgia. "Find me 11,000 votes"

It's to try to make him ineligible to be elected president. Even the prosecutor admitted it will be overturned on appeal, but that will be after the election which is all he's after. He should be disbarred for that.
