This makes every basic thing very difficult to plan and I can feel every helpless at times. I finally got myself to go to the gym, tho I had no hope in it. And it was really bad initially bc I went in an off day (I never know in advance what is going to be push through it and feel better vs push trough and pass out scenario) I was near fainting and could barely walk after and I was determined to never return…but the heart wants to live and the spirit is persistent.
so I did return.
Well, it turns out, when stars align lol actually surprisingly able to do quite a bit bc of fact I can hold onto things, so if I get dizzy and my legs are working they can bait do their win thing and my head can do it’s thing and if I’m not dizzy but my legs are numb, I can do stuff in the water.
I like the water bc I can pretend to be able to do stuff I used to be able to do on land. Flips dancing and such —it’s huge relief from every move being a huge thought process— Plus it’s great for re learning balance.
I was introduced to work cool water toys & im having so much fun. I used to swim laps intensely as everything else was “frivolous” but I can’t really do laps now but I’m enjoying working on flexibility and balance, which I never had the patience to do before when running on all cylinders. So, silver lining I guess.
I used to be extremely athletic so it’s painful being immobilized to lengths do turn and it feels very humanizing to be active again. And I love the schedule of it… I do best with structure and am regaining confidence to where I can start to map out possibilities in my professional offer.
As it is, I can do about two days vigorously, then I get sick but that’s two days of feeling fully alive and I’m hoping to build on this.
Plus I really like the social aspect of it. It is one of the only regular times I see people bc of how erratic my health is…I always did exercise physical activity, on my own, solely focused on the movement and the result, so this is totally new to me. It’s cool 😊💪🏼

Awesome list!
5K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. My wife live in a rural area on beautiful land. We love our house. We have gardens, a small orchard of assorted fruit trees, including citrus. We grow herbs and veggies. We try to eat healthy, non GMO food, including meat and produce, that is not laden with chemicals.
We depend on ourselves.
We have bright, very informed friends who have moved beyond government, corporate and globalist control.31 Reply

I don't allow people to give me street drugs or introduce me to use Alcohol, I control my behavior, and I'm mature from in my late 30s into my 40s.

No money = no action, no dating, no love, no honey.
My investments are still sitting and being held hostage by the declining market.
I learned a lesson the hard way (how could I know)? Do not listen to others when it comes to financial investments. I find doing it myself to be the most effective way to grow money.
It's taking way toooooooooooooooooo long already and I regret it.

uh... I could have told you that, we should have discussed and if you want to discuss more lmk... but sometimes have to learn the hard way, in the school of hard knocks. This system and game you are playing has winners and losers. if you listen to someone else, you're probably going to lose. Newsletters, advisors and even brokers. all terrible. Brokers... most will make you more broke because they are sales people and do not have your best interests in mind. you gotta know and trust yourself and research, gut... or forget it. also, being conservative long term, finding value and going aginst the flow is a better play often. not an easy game to win, you gotta know yourself and how to mitigate risk.
I was not good at it...

@lightbulb27 Yeah, I realized that recently. No better teacher than failure I guess. It is a horrible feeling. What a horrible rip off.

Correct. Very expensive unless lessons are learned, then it makes you wealthy in knowledge that will pay big dividends in future.
The market is a sham... unless you really know what you are doing... you are playing against people that are inside. want to make $, then get a job inside wall street/trader and learn on inside.
I don't play games I have no edge at winning...
Only thing that ever worked was buying what W. Buffet was selling (which was good just his bad timing) and dividend paying stocks. Anythign else, you'd better be really sharp at valuation and knowing and trusting the management. If don't trust management... forget it.
Gold mining companies and penny stocks... most are major ripoffs. Gotta be inside the beast...

@lightbulb27 Let's just say I put my faith in making it since I make profit if I do what I do (and not what the others tell me including the advisors).
I don't even believe the numbers I see are my money. It feels like paper trading except that my money is there and I have not seen a cent from it yet.
Jobs are not a good source of money. This whole wagecuckery is not meant to grant us the life we really wanted. - 1 y
certainly not in Europe as I learned. It's challenge starting out anywhere. Those that have degrees with in demand jobs can get ahead. Best thing I've seen imho is trade school paid for by company that sponsors you. learn HVAC or electrical or plumbing, they pay and work for them. no debt, make decent wage. see that in the usa.
most jobs are not going to outpace inflation, but I did ok, just takes time to dig out of the hole.
all the wealth out there has to be passed onto someone... somehow... or it disappears.
best advice... don't lose your money! cheaper to keep it and make low interest in bank. - 1 y
@lightbulb27 might be. i feel it is way too late to tell me to shift towards HVAC, electrical or plumbing since I have a degree in computer science already.
IT jobs are not highly paid in my experience. Not at all. It is just above the usual Mc D wagecuck level and that's it. - 1 y
not in the usa from what I've seen. I did that field. starting out was low, but people I hired out of school were doing well. Europe may be a different deal... my sense there is you are a rate in a cage... no matter what you do. thus most I've met had interest to get out... of a small sample set.

@lightbulb27 Yeah but isn't rent in the USA nearly unaffordable?

it's tough starting out, depending where you are. yes. but I see people do it.

Control is an illusion. Anyone that thinks they have control of their lives will someday find out the hard way they don’t. To successfully navigate life, you need common sense, logic skills, coping abilities and a whole bunch of luck.

The older I get the more I realize I don't have control over my life. As things happen, I make choices based on what happens.

I understand what you mean. We are controlled by the government. In some ways we want to think we can take control of something in our lives.
