Why do republicans look down on immigrants?

if republicans are so scared of immigrants taking their jobs, that means they can do the same type of work. so how can they look down on immigrants while having no skills or the same skills as the people they look down on?

Easiest target, they can't do anything against it, and even the lowest of the social economic classes can look down on them.

Instead of looking for real solutions, just blame it on migration.

First off, it's not immigrants they look down on its illegal immigrants they look down on. 2nd the USA don't need low skilled workers we US citizens got that covered and 3ed they are driving down the living wage for US citizens.

I have only met one Republican who took issue with legal immigrants.
