Have you heard of the 17th-century Angolan queen, Njinga du Ndongo?

I was going to say no but anybody you mention merits a google and in doing that I realized I had read of her.
I read cautiously. The Dahomey tribe was misrepresented significantly in the movie Woman King (particularly in values). I would want to go back to source data after that misrepresentation. Movie makers have never let historical facts get in the way of agendas.
In terms of Netflix I now have this printed on a T shirt to express my cynicism.

I like to count my fingers twice to be sure to be sure.
I have NOW. LMAO! African men dressed as women, now that IS hilarious, considering that African men are known to be extremely homophobic🤣
Well, she didn't do a very good job resisting them, did she?

lol, I haven't learned about her, but now I definitely have to look her history up.
I knew a little about her not much.
Basically just that she resisted Portugal.
Nope
