The fact woman should not take out the trash or lift out heavy objects if there is a man around to do it for her. I don't mind moving water bottle packs or ice boxes alone but when I used to work at domestic sale companies, none of the managers would let me lift heavy things cause they thought I looked like a 14 year old kid and they felt guilty making me lift it. I don't mean 50 pounds canisters, but they would not let me lift 15 pound objects either, they would get a guy to do it.
