I have seen on other questions ever before I posted this question users insult other users when they wrote an answer they didn’t agree with.

I am asking you please to NOT insult or verbally attack another user on this question if they write and answer you may disagree with

They are transgender women.
I can treat them as whichever they prefer. It costs me very little and if I have any respect for the person I do. But for medical and simple intrinsic truth they currently remain transgender - between genders.

Maybe sometime in the future that changes.

As for now? You would still have to tell a doctor. It is still seen as important to tell a partner. There are many times you are expected to share being trans if you are - and times where you likely feel it is important to do so.

As long as those sentiments remain it is transwomen rather than women. But nothing really stops me calling both women until it becomes important to make the distinction. It can become important though. That's not me being cruel or bigoted, it just can.

Trans-women are men; ultra gay men.
If they get hormones and cosmetic surgery, it's purely cosmetic. But they don't have female bone structure or any functioning female anatomy.
Too bad, but their fantasies or delusions don't fit reality.
