I would hate a world where the new handshake is a prostate exam. Lets be honest no one wants that.

That would lead the world into chaos since then any guy could call himself one day and the next day a guy again. Then literally any biological male could enter female safe spaces just saying he's a woman.
It would allow guys without hormonal therapy to enter female sports because they are women the moment they are right. It would just lead societies into more confusion and would probably let more people question their identity than help society in the long run.
