Hit and miss. What's more poignant to me is the visual of the people climbing out the windows to escape the flames and then tumbling to thier deaths. It makes you imagine the hell inside that would drive them to do that. And then when you watch video of the lobby before the collapse the rescue firefighters and whatnot they'll be in discussion. And then every now and then you'll hear a loud "Thud" and it's somebody impacting the ground. You'll never be able to get that horrifying sound out of your head afterwards.
