I don't even know what a conspiracy theory is. I think it just means that someone doesn't like your theory, and they can't prove you wrong, so they just throw in the word "conspiracy."

It reminds me of all the idiots that demand to see Trump's taxes. Why? Do they think the IRS would cover for him? lol

This guy said Trump didn't pay any income tax. Then he opened up Trump's return and found Trump paid 30 million the past year.

So basically it's that among the bodybuilding , weight training and fitness industries... the amount of protein recommended is often grossly exaggerated
This makes people find it hard to hit the daily protein intake target just from normal protein rich foods and they are forced to adopt protein powders
