We already heard of the both the James Bulger case and Mary Bell. Those killers were ages 10-11 years old. However, this kid from India by the name of Amarjeet Sada (born in 1998) killed when he was younger than them. He was smiling at the police station and psychologist labeled him as a sadist that got pleased from inflicting injuries. He killed 3 people at the age of just 8 years old. Damn, just 8 years old.

He's a grown up by now and has been released from the detention home at age 16 and goes under a new identity. That's already a danger to society and we all know no one can come back to being normal after murdering someone, regardless of age.
Should that kid (younger than 10) get locked up for life?

As far as I know, India doesn't have life sentences. They even have an open prison system. I saw a documentary on National Geographic where an Indian man burned his wife to death and they allowed him to work as a teacher in an elementary school and the parents of the children didn't even care. It's a different world.
Prison might be a little extreme and I don't think it will help him, but he should definitely be confined to a mental hospital. But like I said, India is a different world so that's not gonna happened. And I really don't give a shit what they do with him, as long as they keep him in India
I'm not surprised this happened in Bihar. That state is notorious for being the most backwards place in India.
yeah if it were here in the US, he would've been confined to a mental institution, kept away from children and animals and if released (likely at age 21) it would be under permanent supervision and he would be banned from ever coming to the place he committed the murders.
the only good thing they don't do here if they release a young offender is the changing your id thing. It's good because at least we would know who he is.
Yeah, like I'd be for that for someoone like the Kenosha kid, but otherwise, yeah, I don't support that part either. Maybe they did it because he was a minor, But at least unlike here, they plastered his underaged face in that news story for people to see how he looks.
In my opinion, yes, they should be locked up for life. Being 8 years old doesn't mean they were stupid. It means they were young. They know what murder is, even at that age. There used to be mental institutions that had people involuntarily locked up when they were psychotic like this. To turn him loose with a new name is horrible and yes, very unsettling.
I find it very twisting when it's a kid. Physically, you see a small human, supposedly children represent innocence but then again, you're staring at a cold, psychopath with a lifeless expression in a child's body. For some reason, I find child killers much scarier than adult killers.
Sadly, his mother gave birth to a full blown psychopath and there is no cure for that.
If you read the book "And I Don't Want to Live This Life" by Deborah Spungen, she talks about Nancy Spungen in a way that sounds very scary. Her daughter was showing signs of violent behaviour when she was a baby, no less a toddler! By the time she was old enough to talk in cohesive sentences (around 3 years old), she was creepily telling her family that she wanted to kill them.
Nancy Spungen went on to be the infamous girlfriend of Sid Vicious. Both of whom were in a toxic, drug-laden relationship that was full of violence and abuse. Nancy was murdered or had committed suicide--which isn't clear (they had also made suicide pacts together). Sid died shortly after in jail as her murder suspect.
The fact Nancy was so incredibly troubled as a baby and became too awful to handle as a little girl tells me that there simply is no help for a person like this without being professionally treated.
I agree with you. Children should be playing outside, laughing, and being kids. To find out that some have tendencies to want to be this dangerous is disheartening.
Speaking of whitey the FBI has been weaponized and corrupt forever where I nickname them (Forever Bother Italians)
