So what is it like in DeSantis's Florida right now?

A lot of hatred.
Also, in May Congresswoman Laurel Lee remained the sole Republican member of the Florida delegation in Congress to back DeSantis.
Pretty good, unless you are a far-left crazy who hates economic freedom and wants Marxism and drag queens forced on kids in public schools.
There are some issues with insurance rates, but that's due to hurricane damage and especially to bad Fed policy and federal overspending sending interest rates higher and greatly lowering the value of the US Treasurys that insurance companies are required to hold their reserves in.
The same as in anyone else's Florida, only the news media makes a big deal about it.

Tons of economic growth and a lot of new residents. The amount of real estate development is rather insane. I've never seen a boom like this.
There is also a lot of infrastructure improvements and city beautification going on. Brightline (the fastest/nicest train in the USA) is expanding it's scope connecting all of South and Central Florida together into one mega-metro.
Lots of development projects going on (too many to list)... But for example Lake Nona/Medical City

The Olympus Project

Sunbridge which is larger than Washington DC and so on...

There have been numerous tax cuts that help families with cost of living.
There is a lot of new industrial growth as well... With biomedical projects coming to places like Progress Park. Aerospace projects coming to the Melbourne/Cape Canaveral like the Terran Orbital facility which will be the world's largest satellite factory.

As well as blue collar jobs at places like the North Florida Mega Industrial Park

and Hawthorne Industrial Park

A lot is happening that is just the tip of the iceberg...
What a troll you are. LMAO.
Florida has a severe shortage of construction workers, teachers, health care workers, hospitals willing to give maternity care, agriculture workers, and... TOURISTS!
Major conventions have been pulled from the state.
4 MAJOR insurance companies, the latest of which is Farmer's Insurance, have pulled out of Florida. The following have also left:
Farmers Insurance is now among Bankers Insurance, Centauri Insurance and Lexington Insurance, a subsidiary of AIG, in withdrawing from the Florida market since last year.
The Florida Department of Financial Services website lists 14 companies that are currently in liquidation in the receivership process. This means that the Office of Insurance Regulation determined that there are grounds for the Department of Financial Services and the Division of Rehabilitation and Liquidation department to initiate delinquency proceedings against the companies listed below.
American Capital Assurance Corporation
Avatar Property and Casualty Insurance Company
FedNat Insurance Company
Florida Specialty Insurance Company
Guarantee Insurance Company
Gulfstream Property and Casualty Insurance Company
Physicians United Plan, Inc.
Southern Fidelity Insurance Company
St. Johns Insurance Company, Inc.
United Property and Casualty Insurance Company
Universal Health Care Insurance Company, Inc.
Universal Health Care, Inc.
Weston Property & Casualty Insurance Company
Windhaven Insurance Company
Homeowner's insurance has TRIPLED for the average resident.
Who are you working for, troll? DeSatan for President?
@loveslongnails Cope harder... Florida is experiencing a gold rush...
The tax cuts are real.

In Florida the High Speed Rail is real, unlike California.
Brightline opened in Boca Raton and Aventura 6 months ago

Brrightline will open in Orlando in 4 days.

Brighhtline recently acquired land in Cocoa for a potential north Brevard County station.

SunRail infrastructure is also expanding

As is Tri-Rail infrastructure.

Major planned communities are popping up all over the state, building out rapidly and being filled with new residents instantly.

So why are we seeing so much infrastructure improvements in Florida? Ron DeSantis and the Florida Legislature funded infrastructure spending and Trump-era Opportunity Zones are spurring massive real estate development.

You're a trolling idiot. Florida is a disaster. WHO IS PAYING YOU?
@loveslongnails Enjoy your tent cities loser. Your loss is our gain...
Perfect. When he's voted out next election, we'll see how much of that development actualizes. You're a troll trying to bring about Gilead. FUCK you, asshole.
@loveslongnails See that's the thing about Florida, it's actually real development not just California politicians blowing smoke up your ass with bullshit promises to try to land votes.
Development means nothing when you have no people to support it - not enough doctors, not enough teachers, not enough school bus drivers, not enough farm workers, not enough construction workers, etc. YOU ARE A TROLL and a liar. WHO IS PAYING YOU? We know you are a plant getting paid. Who is it... Heritage Foundation? ADF? Moms for Tyranny?
You're a troll.
@loveslongnails Reality hurts huh? Communities of thousands of houses are being built in months and as soon as the house is finished there are cars in the driveways with families moving in. There is literally that much demand.
If a few thousand people want to live in Gilead, fine. If people realize there's no infrastructure and they bought a home in Nazi land, and they want to stay, by all means keep them. Then secede from the union. When DeSatan loses the next election, Florida will have a chance to fix itself.
You're a troll. WHO'S PAYING YOU?
@loveslongnails Net migration into Florida is roughly 18,000 a month.
Good. I'm not disputing that fact. What I'm saying is that the state is falling apart at other critical points. If the majority of migration is senior citizens WITH MONEY, then school issues won't affect them. They could care less if there were ANY schools at all.
Key take away, you fucking moron troll -not only are costs are going through the roof for ordinary people. the state is become completely fascist. You apparently don't KNOW what that means. Florida is become a fascist state. I don't give a fuck who or how many move there. You call it a "boom" based on development, I'm looking at things that really matter, LIKE FREEDOM.
You're a troll... WHO IS PAYING YOU? TELL US.
@loveslongnails Fascism is a flavor of Socialism you ignoramus. You really need to get a basic education...

Florida is very anti-socialist/anti-communist/anti-facist in cultural and more so geared toward classical liberalism/libertarianism/capitalism. That's why Brightline for example is the only privately owned and operated intercity passenger railroad in the United States. It is also the only high speed rail in America. While California has been promising state run (communist) high speed rail for over 15 years and still has not laid 1 mile of track and New York promises high speed rail from New York to Boston in 25 years or whatever.
Brightline began construction in 2015 and by 2018 offered service between Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach operating within the free market. In 2022 stations in Boca Raton and Aventura were opened for business. This Friday the Orlando station will open. More stations are on the horizon with Cocoa to connect Port Canaveral Kennedy Space Center, and Cocoa Beach as well as stops at Port of Miami for cruise ships, Universal Orlando for theme park connections, Tampa, Lakeland, other potential stops on the treasure coast/space coast in the coming years and eventually a leg to Jacksonville to connect north Florida. At all of these locations Brightline will offer transfers to local commuter lines like Tri-Rail in south Florida, Sunrail in the Orlando metro, and an eventual first coast rail system that is 5-10 years out at the moment for the Jacksonville/St. Augustine metro. You see how much more effective capitalism is at improving the quality of life of American citizens than communism? Wake the fuck up loser. Your commie politicians shine you own with promises while they embezzle your tax funds. We don't even have state income tax in Florida and we have high speed rail. That's how things work in the real world. When the business climate is right and government gets out of the way, real progress occurs.
It must be a deep fake right...

Pretty good. A lot better than california where californians who live all their life are fleeing. There's a reason people move to florida as soon as they can retire
I'm currently writing this while enjoying a beautiful view of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean from a high vantage point in Clearwater, Florida... To answer your question, it's pretty damn sweet.
I heard it is really good. the economy is good, no state income tax, good weather, and the liberals are put in their place.
A lot of ways not good. Like here in Texas they made it very business friendly at the expense of the poor and needy.
Why is he so shocked
