The accusations are dumb as shit.

First of all, they are adults you cannot "groom" adults. Grooming implies manipulation of a growing mind into doing reprehensible things to themselves or others.

So really, the accusation is that he cheated on his wife, which given the horrendous track record of MeToo and how strangely convenient all these accusations come out, I am willing to bet that that is a crock of shit too.
