The Problem is some US States, People have to use the bathroom, for the sex they have been assigned at birth.

So when a women, who was born a man, enters the womens restroom she is beaking the law, but when is entering the mans restroom everyone would be looking at her confused (and for the other transition, it would probably mean violence against the trans)

No it wouldn't. In college our community restroom was coed and in the morning there would be 25 people (both sexes) in it and it wasn't a big deal.

I honestly wouldn´t care. When I go to a restroom I go there to do my business. I don´t go there to check out the people I´m in the room with. So I don´t think it´s weird if a transwoman went to a male restroom. I don´t think much would happen if a transwoman entered a male restroom and even if you could still call the police or ask others for help.
