I don't know to many women that outright say they won't go out with a person because they aren't attractive to them. That's pretty nasty, and if they do, then who would want to be with someone like that?

Judging from what you have written in the comments my guess is that you will get more milage with women working on your self confidence than on your looks. Lack of self confidence is a major turnoff for women.
