What the... adjust my tampon? Uh I know you are a dude but you do realize there is no need to adjust a tampon. I put it in and leave it be until I need to change it. Then I put a new one in the same way. There is not adjustment needed lol. What do you think happens that they would need adjusted is my question? So to answer your question the guy would be worse because no girl is fiddling with her tampon (depth?) or whatever you believe is going on down there. Anytime I touch a tampon or am done using the bathroom I ALWAYS wash my hands.

And by my personal experience (and wife”s count) only 50% of us wash out hands after bathroom shit. We nasty people. Including ladies

If a woman really has to "adjust a tampon" she will do it in private and will wash her hands before and after. And I don't mean male running the water three seconds washing, I mean normal soap washing. So the man is worse. I mean there’s no polling or science I can point too. But like me, my wife takes not on who doesn’t fully wash their hands in the bathroom. And for both genders it’s 50/50
