How would you feel knowing that the previous owner killed his family and himself and it was all over the news?

I was an executor for my mother's estate property to sell and no one seemed to care. I made it a point death happened in the property this year and it was natural cause with no environmental concerns.

It wasn't murder but it was multiple offers in a few days. in the peek of lowest intrest rates in history with covid19. Unless the address is actively in the news i don't think people care.

It wouldn’t be my first choice but if the homicide happened many decades ago and the killer was still in prison yes I would consider
