Would a home were a person died a non-violent way in be a turn off for you to buy?

Like maybe they died from something like a cardiac arrest, stroke, seizure, food allergies or maybe where a person with cancer took their last breath

While all these things are unfortunate I wouldn’t say they are violent deaths.

Why? Because there is zero criminal activities about deaths like this.

Sometimes yes but there shouldn't be a significant price change though there may be some buyers who are sensitive about that kind of thing. Just imagine the places in some parts of the world that have been around for 100s of years and people live in those buildings.

I don't know the history of my house, but it was built in 1900. I figure that means it has to have had a least one resident pass inside it's walls.
