Probably no different than buying a house that was repurposed as a funeral home for 28 years.
Of course. That’s a steal for 50k.

I wouldn't be afraid of ghosts, but I'd be a tad concerned about pathogens left in the house. The main reason I wouldn't live in such a house is because I wouldn't want to be the talk of the town. I love having guests over and I would be miserable if everyone avoided my home.
Hell no! 😭😳😖 That's disturbing. Really scary and sad if you already know that something really inhumane... something really terrible happened in there. Not just once but 12 times and I can't help but think of how the spirits of soul must be roaming around in there even if we can't see it. I would just get the feeling of sadness if I step inside the house. So, I wouldn't want this house even if I get offered it for free.
Maybe, but I would be concerned about if the serial killer is still loose, and if he's very popular. I do not want random people coming by thinking it's cool to see a house where people were slaughtered.
The Amityville house.. nah not because I am scared but because you would always have weirdos coming to take pictures and shit..
No thanks I don’t want to buy a house that Charles Manson lived in or an imaginary Freddy Krueger or Michael Myers, and get that reputation and all these cars coming by every night taking pictures and saying mana there’s goes that man
Yeah, the Sharon Tate house was demolished when someone bought it and the house next door and bulldozed them both to build a megamansion. Probably not a bad idea.
But I think someone lives in the LaBianca house now. In California the price wouldn't be 50K no matter what happened there.
A house is a house. And if it can make me money, i'm all for it
How could you ever stop thinking about all the murders?
It's a rather ugly house, so I'd probably prefer to find a different one if I could. But the serial killings wouldn't bother me.
Nope. Not my style for a house anyways.
They did tear down BTK's house north of Wichita so it wouldn't turn into a tourist location or shrine.
Yes, it looks like a nice house for the money.
The house is not for sale. It was sold in 2017 for $605 k. The house doesn't look like that anymore. It was drastically renovated by the new owners.
Yes, I’d make it into a nice air bnb. I wouldn’t live in it.
Nope. I believe in spirits. And there are bad spirits out there. No thank you. They can keep that.
I might. That's a good price and maybe people will stay away. Lol
No, but because it is ugly - not because of the serial killer.
Depends on the attitude of Mrs.
I don’t like cheap houses I only bus mansions
absolutely
