How come society promotes protecting youth but not adults?

Cause society is messed up, if you haven't noticed "getting an education" is just molding a mind to work for a system, you are a kid, they protect you, you go to school, "get an education" on all these subjects that prepare you to get a job, they use the grading system to fear you into doing well and they tie you to this system that way, everyone is brainwashed to believe that without a academic education that you won't succeed in life or at anything when they teach you everything in order to work for someone else, then you grow, pay your way into college if you didn't get there with your academic record, then you get out into the world where you no longer have protection and you have to find a job to be able to survive, pay them your taxes from your hard earned money, you get hurt or sick, you go to the hospital, you pay to get better, if you die, your fam pays for a funeral or cremation, you pay, money is the reason and money is all they care about, pay pay pay, everything in society is for money, even the places that are meant to be there for your health, you don't pay, you fall into dept and they ruin your life that way, if they cared so much then why they save you? For that check, money is the root of everything and its why it's known to be the root of all evil because in our society it's put over humanity.

This isn’t really true. I mean we protect youths because they are some of the most vulnerable in society but we also protect elders as well out of respect and because they are also vulnerable members of society

Because there is a myth and culture that loves youth and thinks once you are an adult you should know everything. Which is funny considering school teachers you are bunch of worthless sh*t. People don't even know how to change a habit. That's the school system for you lol. We know nothing about ourselves and what actually causes our results in life. To me, adults need the most help because they dont all the wrong help in youth. Most people are poor. There isn't a middle class. People just say that because it makes them feel better or because they have been trained to say it. No one should be poor whether you go to school or not. Earning money is very easy.

Because adults are supposed to be adults, and know how to adult.

Youth, through age or inexperience, do not know enough to navigate the system. But they are given education and adult services to care for them legally.

It's why you cannot jail a kid, but can; an adult.

Since when are women not protected? You can commit crimes with zero repercussions, make false accusations and will blindly be believed by most, the education system is set up to cater to you, therapy caters to women, you get yourself a man and his natural instinct will be to protect you, there's even a bunch of random simps who would jump in front of a bullet for you... the list just goes on and on.
