Because they only care if it's a "marginalized" minority that's being harmed, like nlggers or Muslims.

Normally I don't get emotional about issues that have nothing to do with me, but this one really hard. I was genuinely crying this morning. It probably wouldn't effect me so much if it was just soldiers being killed, but reading all the stories about what those animals are doing to innocnent civilians, really hit hard. And Yahoo had the nerve to refer to Hamas terroists as "soldiers".

Also, there's this Israeli YouTuber. She's one of the only social media influencers that's following me on my private Instagram, and we always comment on and support each other's content. I thought the fighting wasn't near where she lives, but it is. She left for a business trip to the US just a few days ago. Her kids are in a bomb shelter with no lights or water. She's stuck in the US and can't get to her family. It really impacts you more, when you know someone who is effected by it. And knowing that she fears being killed just because of where she's from. That cannot be a pleasant feeling.

I'm too remote to know the true misery going on. It's much different when in it. The hatred rooted from sadness can mean terrible suffering.

I feel for both sides. It's wrong to lash out, but as well, those pressures build. Their ancestors had issues and it goes on today. Still fighting over a patch of land. It's unfortunately humans have not evolved better and so now we have another batch of miserable death and loss.

This isn't that much different than the poor rising up in USA or BLM or any group that feels oppressed. It's more extreme because of the mentality and supply of weapons.

Isreal is probably ok now. It's the Palestinians whom will pay the price, possibly Iran, possibly some ships and airplanes of innocents. It's a war...

Well considering I don't give a shit about people I don't know.. and a few years ago I watched the Israel army target and kill 7 young boys playing soccer on the beach.. watched a guy just walking near an area and his kid was killed in his arms..
It is war so I can't really give a shit about people being killed... people die everyday..

Presumably this is the same Israel which is LITERALLY genocidically wiping all traces of Palestine from the face of the Earth?

As a British person I can't help but want to side with the under dog so on hearing the news mostly what I think is that its good the Palestinians have managed to 'bloody their nose' while any of them are still alive because it can't be very much longer now until every single man, woman and child in Palestine has been exterminated and their culture deleted from history.

Do you know how countries are at war in the world right now? 28, to my knowledge, and I'm not at all sure that it's thorough. Israel and Palestine have technically been at war for decades; the attacks have just been slower and smaller-scale.

I know it sounds callous, but what makes Israel different from Myanmar, Syria, or Mali?

No, I literally do not care in the slightest. War happens all the time in the world and if you don't numb yourself to it you will drive yourself crazy.

People are dying and being tortured all over the world all the time but you people only pay attention when corporations flash it on TV screens.

It does. Especially hearing about these Hamas monsters do to civilians. It’s like the Purge. But I also am warding off Israel’s constant mistake of overreacting and causing this conflict to continue.

I always say: never let a good crisis go to waste. Israel was just shown its vulnerable. Hamas will be pretty cleaned out by Israel’s troops. That makes a good opportunity for a peace deal.

Because , due to latent if not overt jew- hatred- means support enemy of jews. They hear false reports of "Israel shot at a hospital" or other errors that were not aiming at kids but lie "targeted kids".

What do you want us to do? The United States has condemned it and has warned other countries from getting involved. The United States supports Israel, always has always will. But anymore is not our place at this moment.
