Yeah, you better take another look at that wall he is building. He is not building that wall to stop immigration, he is building that wall to maliciously comply with congress. The wall that Joe Biden is building is "mobile", meaning while you might build it on the border you can just pick it up and take it away to use it as a barrier somewhere else around the country.

I personally think Joe Biden is a bad president but this is a hilarious checkmate against MAGA so at least in this case I give Joe Biden a plus.
