I don´t see how Kennedy takes votes from Biden. For starters his positions are rather conservative, is supported by Republicans (Georg Santos and Taylor Greene´s organisation "Heal the Divide"). His stands especially on the vaccination and on climate change are way closer to Trump than Biden. Him now deciding to run as an independent candidate is in my opinion more a problem of Trump than of Biden or West.

Dems hate Trump, and think Biden is a joke. Biden is actually building on the the wall he hates and says doesn't work. Why would anyone vote for that fraud?

@Briscole Because they don´t like the alternatives. If you´re a progressive liberal Democrat you probably hate what Kennedy says about the vaccine and you hate most of his standpoints especially Steve Bannon seems like Kennedy supporter and call him Trump fanboy.

@Briscole To avoid either Kennedy or Trump as a president. If you´re not fond of Trump as a president you got Biden, Kennedy or West with West being highly unlikely. So Biden is the compromise candidate for those on the left.

It’s only my opinion but the 74 million people who voted for trump will not be swayed by Kennedy. Biden on the other hand has a poor economy, 2 wars started while president (I wouldn’t be surprised if a third starts), and a major border crisis. Biden not having a primary was a mistake for the democrats.
