Probably. He'd also have claimed (had Hilary won in 2016), that if HE had been President, he'd've worked out a deal with Covid and ended the crisis in a matter of weeks.
Now in fairness, Putin WOULD have held off on attacking Ukraine if Trump had won in 2020, but that's due less to Trump's prowess as a diplomat and more his status as a loose cannon.

No. It was President Trump that shut down flights to the U. S. from China. Biden criticized him for that, calling it "xenophobic." It makes no sense that President Trump would proclaim what you're suggesting. Although President Trump's border and flight policies didn't prevent the Covid virus from entering the U. S. those policies undoubtedly helped mitigate the rapidity of the spread to America. My criticism of President Trump is that he didn't shut down the flights and the borders sooner.

What a strange question!
If Biden was pres. back then, we'd have had covid a lot sooner and probably a lot worse! There still wouldn't have been any vaccines (not they do any good, anyway) and he would've just told you to suffer and die! Then, he would've told you about how he knows exactly how you feel because his fucking dog got covid 40 years ago and died and almost cost him his Corvette. The proof is in the pudding. We had a relative calm 4 years of peace under Trump and an utter shit show under Biden.
