Strictly speaking? Traditional culture. More specifically, probably Christianity.

For humans to have healthy and enduring relationships we need both knowledge and practical experience which can only be gotten from learning and from failed relationships. Things you are supposed to learn in school both in class (if you are lucky enough to have classes on these things) and when you engage with other children your age.

These experiences then builds up so that once you are 18 or 20 then you can actually build a healthy relationship that dont fall apart within 2 years.

Instead we have avoided teaching things like sex or relationships and also given kids the unrealistic expectation that relationships will magically form and continue forever without any effort or sacrifices on your part leading to generations of adults who simply are not equipped to nurture good relationship.
