A girl at college once got blind drunk and hooked up with about 4 guys on a Saturday night and accused me of raping her. Even though I had an alibi the college tried to expel me even after the police exonerated me. How many rape victims does a rapist have before they are caught? I'd bet quite a few.
People think women rarely make up false allegations and I used to until it happened to me. As it turns out women can be as equally horrible as men if given a chance only the weapons they use are different, we see how women can destroy each other with gossip alone and bad advice.

How do you determine statistically if a rape accusation was falsely made? How do you get an accurate statistic on how many rapes occur other than the conviction rate which I betting you don't trust? You've literally got the word of the accuser vs the word of the accused, which one is lying?

Well you can by “accused” stats, tho by definition it’s not official. There are convicted rape stats and convicted false reporting- which police take seriously.

A girl can’t simply walk away after committing a false report of rape just to fuck you over. Cops would arrest.

Point is the conviction rate for rape is much lower than the rape accusation rape so in-between the conviction for rape statistics and rape accusation statistics there's a grey area of false rape accusations and rape accusations that can't be known. Most rape allegations don't make it to court that doesn't mean these women were making it up but nor does it mean that these rape allegation represent the true number of rape and false allegation statistics.

Again the court determines based on evidence. The stats are determined based on court findings. We can research how many police reports were deemed “undetermined” or “falsely reported”. And they’re no where near the amount of rape convictions against women.

Undetermined is Undetermined yet the stats include then as rapes that occurred. The rape conviction stats don't match number of rapes. Its very hard to prove a false accusation, same as a rape accusation.
