Giuliani has to plead at some point. He can't afford all his legal debt and Trump is not helping him (and not paying his legal bills to Giuliani). At 80, Giuliani should be smart enough to realize that he doesn't want to spend the rest of his life in prison. Lucky for him, he wouldn't be in prison in NY sitting among the criminals he helped put in there.
