Best way to tell if you’ve been propagandized?

It feels like everyone I know (including me) who has any interest at all in the news or current events has been propagandized to such a degree where discussing something on equal intellectual footing becomes impossible. What is the best way for someone to recognize that they’ve been propagandized, whether it be myself or someone else, and be able to look past one’s own biases?

Look for serious evidence. Courts don't take on cases on a whim, there has to have been grand juries of normal citizens who have decided that there is a case to answer before it gets to that point. Sworn testimony is more reliable than any nonsense spouted on courthouse steps. Understand that politicians on the right really will try to protect high earners and corporations from having to pay billions in taxes (by de-funding the IRS); it may sound ridiculous, but it's the conclusion of the non-partisan CBO. Oh, and watch out for who wants to get rid of non-partisan parts of government like the FBI and CBO.
