For 75 years Israel has offered the Palestinians peace. They don’t want to accept so let them suffer the consequences.

Mahmoud Abbas the president of Palestine is nothing but a terrorist himself. He was known as Abu Mazen and is more interested in the destruction of Israel and allowing Hamas to shelter amongst the Palestinians and fire rockets into Israel.

Israel has given the Palestinians enough warnings to leave the area. So those that don’t have no one but themselves to blame.

Israel has the right to defend itself.

Let's look at the actual facts of what has been going on here:

• Hamas started this conflict by butchering over 1,400 Israeli civilians
• Israel retaliated by bombing Hamas targets, which are intentionally surrounded by Palestinian civilians
• Hamas leaders are on record saying they want more Palestinian casualties so they can vilify Israel
• Hamas has confiscated Palestinians' car keys to keep them in war zones
• Hamas also forced a hospital in Gaza to give them the fuel they were using in their generators
• Israel goes out of their way to warn Palestinian civilians where they will be bombing and have even opened an evacuation corridor for since the ground invasion of Gaza.
• Hamas' charter calls for the elimination of Jews from Israel/Palestine and they do not allow Jews to live in Gaza; Muslims are allowed to live in Israel with full rights.

Which side sounds like the bad guys here?

I mean hello we showed japan a brand new sunrise and wiped out 2 cities filled with women and children. no one cares anymore because it happened "oh so long ago" nevermind the fact that Einstein sent a letter to the president of the United States telling him not to drop the bombs and the president did not read the letter until the following morning after the bombs landed. he had the letter for a full 13 hours though historians claim he did not receive it until the following morning. which is not true given that the letter was sent out the previous afternoon using essentially an express service to deliver it asap to the destination. that letter arrived nearly the same time as the standard post. but how many people hear that version of the story?

No I am saying that when a bomb goes off, people who aren't the targets get hurt too. The unleashing of bombs into a city doesn't count as a genocide because genocides need a more specific target than wherever someone happens to be.

According to the UN: "In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

-Killing members of the group;
-Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
-Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;

So no the bombing of a city doesn't fit the definition.
