Based on what? If I had no knowledge of the world at the time before I was born then I could not make an informed decision either way and if I DID have information such as my current memories then I would pick the opposite gender just to experience something new.

However, if I was informed that other people would also be choosing and that the world was privileged towards men then I would choose to be a woman in a heartbeat. If people were to be incentivized to choosing one over the other then the uneven distribution of genders would give more power and benefits to the group that was smaller. They would get to pick and choose their partners and they would get to dictate terms because there would be countless desperate men to satisfy my demands.

Because mentally I don’t feel like a man. Maybe because I was born without a penis. I have never felt like a man emotionally or mentally

Well it seems like men have it harder emotionally. They got higher levels of testosterone which causes more aggression

More often than not Males are also physically stronger, faster at running and less likely to become overweight than females
