Do men really not know women can grow body/facial hair?

Scrolling through Twitter (fuck you Elon) I saw one of the newest blow ups was over a female rabbi being labelled as trans for having PCOS (Polycystic ovary syndrome) and not shaving her face.
A lot of mostly guys were in the comments both saying that the illness doesn't exist or that "real" women can't grow facial/body hair.
I know that internet men can't speak for men as a whole, but this seems to be somewhat of a reoccurring theme in general.
Is the education system really this bad and can people really be this stupid?

Yes! They (not want to ) know, usually at birth either you male/female hormones are 50/50 hair, boobs. Any of these hormones due to some circumstances, later in life (early in life) can overcome the balance, and then one of them kicks in and either is more facial/bodily hair on a woman, or Men's Boobs on the men side, so... yeah... they need to get off the internet more, and grab some more Books. 🤷‍♂️

People really can be that stupid, yes. Or rather most people are at least that stupid.

And the educational system probably doesn't cover polycystic ovary syndrome before University level, but this is the age of Wikipedia, and if people aren't looking things up randomly on Wikipedia then what are they even doing with their lives?

I think most men have no idea that a lot of women are naturally hairier than they are.

Some men do know that it’s possible because of hormone issues, some women are very hairy and wax upper lip hairs too
