I get more dreams of people and places I know but from what scientists say, they say it's not possible for your brain to make faces up, so the faces that your brain uses, it's seen at some point, it can be someone your brain acknowledged but you didn't as you were walking down the street, I'd imagine it's like this with places too maybe.
