We'll, I am inspired by the amount of trashing he will take and keep moving forward. That is die hard determination. There's a reason why many failed to build the ice rink in NYC... and he took it over and got the job done. He's tenacious, decisive... and a lot of other skills.

Whether you agree with those skills and how he goes about doing things or what he thinks, and what the alternatives are... that's another matter to consider.
