In that he loves the country and what it allows him to do? Yes; I don't think any honest person would doubt that. NOTE: I said honest person.

In that he's actively trying to improve it and make it better for everyone? On that point, I'm a LOT more dubious. I look at his actions and his policies, rather than his Twitter account, to make my assessments, and while a lot of what he did as President does, indeed, seem to be moves in that direction, some is clearly guided by a belief in the overexcelling diplomatic skill he thinks he possesses, and doesn't. The last time we had someone like that in office (before his first term, I mean), we got Woodrow Wilson, and a world war. Trump is very much NOT a diplomat, but a businessman.
