Some people are going to say men & some people are going to say woman & as for me I’m going to say both but mostly it all depends on the individual & their money situation.

I'm going to say both. Everybody spends their money differently. Some people are savers while others are spenders.

Hmm, this is a hard one because it really does depend on the individual and the culture as well. In cultures where men financially support women, then women would have to win overall out of necessity to take care of the home and family. While men would have to give more and be more flexible. In cultures where it's all about financial "equality", I'm sure there's a lot more stubbornness and hoarding of money on both ends. They've been taught culturally to be more selfish and stingy. In both types of cultures there will still be those who give more and those who are stingy. In the U. S. there are lots of men who fall into each category.
