Jack Smith has filed his 404(b) notice, advising the Court and Trump of other crimes and bad acts committed by Trump that he intends to offer as evidence when the D. C. election interference case goes to trial. The notice is nine pages long, and you can read the whole thing here: It contains a tremendous amount of new information about the case Smith intends to make against Trump.

+1 yInteresting. here's the marching orders: "Lets destroy this SOB so he has no chance to be president... or else". Chairman Xie says so! I think it's good to take to court and let him prove he's not mentally ill. But we all know, mentally ill people... don't think they are ill. dammit! And Joe thinks like he's 50... when he's not.
Lets have this court with a republican leaning judge in a heavy republican voting district and see how it goes vs... nyc. Here's some problems:
The Govt called up Twitter and told them not to run a story that would impact the election. Um... that alone... not saying is illegal, but it throws the election, abuse of power. That one point alone... blows this case to pieces... Again, if judged in downtown nyc... they won't notice that piece of evidence if held in front of their faces. Why... because they are Twits!
Recent evidence of ballot illegalities in Bridgeport CT. Ok... small potatoes after the fact, but says... yes, it's happening.
Prior evidence of illegalities in Democratic Party in Florida
The various legal differences between demo and republican voting standards.
Is it possible to distort the results of a voting machine?
The various admissions there was no fraud found... we'll, that's good evidence to present. All anyone wanted from the beginning... was a full audit of the election. I guess this is it.
...
The point about peaceful transition is relevant... especially in the sense that if he's in office again... will he leave peacefully and transition power to say... Kamala Harris.
And how to have a fair election in his mind... where if he loses, he accepts. He can't lose... in his mind. I don't know anyone that will fight on his side to death, so should be ok. but ya never know...
Ultimately, the whole game is to get an election where the people don't revolt and fight and trust the results. Or maybe... that is the goal, I'm not sure anymore...

Note: I accepted the results and fault trump for loosing. I'm not delusional to that. But as well, I also know if democrats could put their thumb on any scale, they'd do it in a heart beat. The probably is good they find ways to do so throughout the process. But in the areas I worked in election, I thought was tightly run. Are all areas so expertly run... I wouldn't know...

your conclusion was like that film where the computer was programmed to choose winner in abc order.
they said, now it is too late we need people to trust the system.

I don't know where you were but I remember most of this. There is just so much he got done. If this was fake the fake news would have blown the lid off it a long time ago. What parts are made up? The three Supreme Court justices or the Covid Vaccine? Maybe the 7 million people that were able to get off food stamps? Or was it energy independence?

I was in the same place as you were. I think the big difference is that I was paying attention to all the bad things he did and apparently you were not. Unfortunately I think you still aren't paying attention. He just made a rambling crazy sounding announcement about how when he gets re-elected supposedly he will then become a dictator on the very first day. The man is very ill.

You’re right, he’s a genius at this. Whatever Trump says, the Dems have to take the opposite position. Trump set them up over and over on this.
I remember when Trump was talking about illegals crossing into the country, and he said the MS 13 gang are a bunch of ruthless animals. He went on to say that they never shoot you because it doesn’t hurt as bad as chopping up at the machete.
Sure enough, the next day Nancy Pelosi said that Trump was just being a racist against the MS 13 gang because they’re brown. Nancy added that the MS 13 gang are all part of God‘s children.
So Trump just took the third most powerful person and made her look like a piece of dog shit. 😂😂 - +1 y
I don't want Trump to have to go to jail or prison, but if he did have to go, they would probably put him under house arrest at Mar-A-Lago.
ewscripps.brightspotcdn.com/.../
Oh my... what a bitch that would be! Trump was brilliant for starting his own social media. He could sit back near the ocean and broadcast videos all day long. The libs would have strokes.
And UNLESS they convict him of insurrection, he can be the president at the same time he's incarcerated. And there's no way in hell he will ever be convicted of an insurrection, when we ALL know that he said to march peacefully, and respectfully to the Capitol.
So unless the election is rigged, Trump is going to be our president. I've seen tons of libs on TV that are begging Joey to step aside and let someone have a chance. - +1 y
I wish people on this site would at least and try to understand the definition of an insurrection.
Britannica: insurrection, an organized and usually violent act of revolt or rebellion against an established government or governing authority of a nation-state or other political entity by a group of its citizens or subjects; also, any act of engaging in such a revolt.
________________________
That describes Antifa & BLM in the summer of 2020, and it describes the recent insurrections of the pro-Palestinian groups in DC.
Not a PEEP from the left. Their idea of an insurrection must involve and orange man.
And you're right... he hasn't been charged with insurrection, but the media is hiding that from the public. - +1 y
Actually there has been a court ruling that Trump engaged in insurrection.

+1 yWhy does no one make charges against Biden? Or are they going to wait until he is out of office before they go after him like they are Trump?
521 Reply- +1 y
You can make all the charges you want and have a pile of evidence including live testimony, a laptop and thousands of emails as well as photos and bank records and as long as Biden controls the DOJ and the FBI nothing can move forward.
Next week when Hunter does not show up to Congress to be questioned he will be held in contempt of congress and should be arrested. The problem is, with the FBI and US Marshalls under the control of Bidens DOJ who is going to go and put the handcuffs on him? - +1 y
Hunter Biden just got indicted. So what you seem to have difficulty ascertaining the difference between Joseph Biden and Hunter Biden. They are both grown men. Joseph Biden is the father of hunter Biden. He's not the same person. He did not commit the same crimes or any crimes for that matter that we know of. You need to get straight about these things and stop and stop trying to equate the two.

@msc545. In a case where the IRS is not in the tank they would do an Audit and would demand to know how the big guy owns multiple multi million dollar properties and a fat bank account and other assets and expenditures. All this on a salary of 177K. The IRS does this all the time especially to restaurant owners and other people that take in a lot of cash. If you cannot explain how you afford everything you are guilty. The IRS doesn't screw around. I guess if you have the DOJ acting as your own personal gestapo you do not have to worry
I used to make pretty close to what Joe Biden was making and no way could I afford a beach front property on top orlf two other expensive residences. Not even close. - +1 y
@exitseven People are lying to you, as usual. www.townandcountrymag.com/.../
- +1 y
@goaded so where did the 9 million come from, ? Phony book deals and speaking engagements? When a real IR S audit looks at them it will turn out they are fabrications. I can make up all sorts of fake documents that will satisfy the IRS until it triggers an audit Then they look at who paid for the book deal and work backwards from there. I have known somebody that used to claim a charitable deduction that he never really made. He got away with it for years and then one year he got called in and he was caught. It almost landed him in prison
- +1 y
@exitseven Just read the article, it explains it all. www.townandcountrymag.com/.../
"the Bidens reported an adjusted gross income of roughly $11 million in 2017 and $4.6 million in 2018. The bulk of that number comes from a multi-book deal with Flatiron Books valued at $8 million per Publishers Weekly, but the Bidens also earned a sizable income from speaking engagements.
The AP reports that Biden's basic speaking fee was $100,000, but it ranged from $40,000 to $190,000. The New York Times also notes that Biden made additional unpaid speaking engagements during this time which are not listed on the disclosure, citing his campaign." - +1 y
@exitseven I agree with that. These guys must be on Biden's payroll too. 🤣😂😅 They sure love his senile self.
- +1 y
@goaded Biden had classified documents, boxes of them, that he took as a vice president. He had no authority to even remove it from the premises lst alone take it home and store it in an unlocked gsgage next to his Corvette. Trump as president had the authority to take classified documents and even de classify them which he did. Yd Biden did not commit any crime as far as a the DOJ could determine.
- +1 y
@exitseven And Biden gave them back, without being asked to. And he allowed a search of the premises in case there were more. And other premises. Biden didn't lie that he'd given them all back, he didn't show them to people who had no security clearance, he didn't lie to his own lawyers so that they'd give incorrect information to the authorities. Trump did.
- +1 y
@goaded They were all over his garage. He gave them back but should not have been in possession of them. Trump's residence was raided while he was not there. Months earlier the feds inspected the documents and just told him to have a better lock installed on the door which he complied to. Nobody asked him to return anything. They just did a pre dawn raid making a big show of it. They even leaked it to the fake news who just happened to be in the neighborhood. Then they took pictures of the documents and staged a scene where they were all over the floor and releaed that to the press too.
- +1 y
@exitseven He was asked multiple times to return them and he didn't. Stop distorting facts.
- +1 y
He was asked by who? Joe Biden? who did the asking? Did they have the authority to demand a former President return documents he took while in office? This is something that is never talke about. This case will fall apart under scrutiny just like all the other ones. Joe and Humtre on the other hand will have a harder time explaining where all the money came from.
- +1 y
Yeah, with Joe Biden having made his financial statements public for years, there will sure be huuuge revelations about "all the money". Not.
