What is one good thing that President Trump has done now or in the past?

I think that the most noble thing that he did was to implement "The Right To Try Act" with the National Institute of Health (NIH).
With that Act in place it gave people that were dying one last try to save them by the doctors using everything in their arsenal which included unconventional and not FDA approved medications and surgical procedures and whatever else they wanted to do to save these people who had no hope of living to give it their best shot at trying to stay alive. I believe these people are heroes and did everything possible to stay with their loved ones.❤️

I am sure he must have done some good. What you mention sounds fine but I wouldn't be surprised if the motivation was to let big pharma experiment on humans and accelerate their programs - which mind you still might be a good thing.

He has done so much that something he did has to have been good. I just struggle to think of an example that isn't basically insulting like showing that world leaders are often the less capable among us, highlighting the corruption he himself is part of, so on.

He... I got nothing. We could claim he did good things for the economy, but the numbers say he was awful for it. I think he has done very little of any real substance that can be seen as a universally good thing. E. g If you are Israeli you of course like him because he has always taken Israel's side. If you are Russian you like him because he is on your side. If you hate DEI you like him because he does too. So on. There is probably something many people agree with somewhere in his list of opinions. But these are opinion based things at best, not genuinely good things.

This is very awkward. Even shooting blindly you should hit a few good marks. I just can't think of a single one that holds up to scrutiny.

I really want to emphasize I do not have a stake in this. I am not being needlessly harsh. I am neither democrat nor republican. It is just very difficult to say anything good about him. The fact you'd have to dig through years of rampant policy making to maybe find one good thing sums up his political history fairly well though.

Honestly have no clue. Also good is relevant to point of view, there a few things he said he would do and did actually do. So if people voted for that then that's good right? At least to the ones who voted for that.

Though I would never vote for him even if I could so I don't think he has a good thing for me. However I will say if the doge thing actually works that won't be bad, but again I think the doge thing is not really that great.

He could've targeted overspending on Military, Education, Healthcare instead. They spend a lot without much results to show for it, apart from military which they do succeed in. But there is a point a lot that is spent I would imagine is wasted and redudent.

Yet they focused on below 1% of the spending with doge... Still saving money but why only that?

The thing you mentioned I am not a medical wizard to know if that's a good thing or bad thing. As I imagine unregulated treatments can cause their own complications. So I would need to educate myself a lot more on it.
