Statement can be, in general, true, but at this very moment, it isn't
Let's imagine my friend pissed me off.
"I like you" is generally true in the context of my friend, but in the moment of raised emotions, I could temporarily disagree :D
In the same moment, if anyone mistreated my friend, I would defend them immediately.
Good example when it comes to I like you & in moments of raised emotions you are right.
Why thank you
If a statement is super general, it can be both true and false. For example, if you say, "Guys are awful," that would be more true and false. Some guys are awful, but other guys are sweet. If the statement is super specific, however, there are rare circumstances where it is both true and false.
Both true as well as false it could be & thanks you for taking the time to answer as well as providing an example.
Obviously.
"You are a dick". Can be true and false at the same time in English. The word "dick" can have multiple meanings. You could be an obnoxious person (a dick) but not called Richard (shortened to dick).
yes... to different points of reference
but also, no... it can't
Exactly & yes & No does apply.
glad we agree/don't agree

Yes we call it a "dont care" (X) statement in digital logic. It can true or false depending on the states of other gates on the board. In real life that gate is context and perspective.
