I think it is time for some red states to boot Biden off the ballot. Texas, Florida, Ohio, Virginia and NC are all states with a lot of electoral votes. Kick Biden off the ballot because he caused an insurrection by throwing open the southern border and enticing all the freeloaders with free everything. There are many video clips of him doing that and plenty of Border Patrol agents that will be willing to testify to what a disaster he created. WRAY from the FBI will testify that Biden has let terrorists in and opened the country up to deadly consequences. He has already said this in public. It would be a slam dunk if any of these Republicans had any stones at all.

It seems that Trump's opponents are not even trying to use the courts to do their dirty work anymore. One other thing to keep in mind is that removing Trump from the ballot also removes his coattails and otherwise depresses Republican turnout in down ticket races. No doubt that is a big part of the Democrats' calculus.
