Yes, but he is back on the balllot in Colorado. Eventually the Supreme court will have to put a stop to this. I guess Texas is ready to remove Biden from their ballot and Biden is already off the New Hampshire ballot.

I think the Supreme Court should smack this down. If you want to remove someone from the ballot. We have a judicial system for that reason. This is true for all sides, left, right and center.

For a party that's always complaining about disenfranchised voters, they sure are trying hard to remove one of the top two contenders from the ballot. There's still been no trial and no conviction. As a part of our criminal justice system, this offends me regardless of what I think of the man running.

I agree, i don’t see the logic of removing a man. Because he’s an “insurrectionist.” When he’s never been charged or convicted of such. That being said, i don’t think there is logic or a reason. They want him gone, so this is their way of getting him gone. It’s a dangerous precedent they have set for sure.

@Shadow79 the only way the democrats can keep President Trump out of the White House is by rigging the election in 2020 it was mail in ballots in 2024 they are using a weaponized legal system to try and keep him off the ballot. The majority of Americans want Trump as president and they are being denied their right to choose a leader that they want.

More than likely true, but for the few residents of Maine that would vote for him. The government there has determined that they are not allowed to. It sets a dangerous precedent. That a government can remove a political adversary. Simply by just accusing him of a crime. He hasn’t been charged or convicted of such a crime.
