On one hand, dude's clearly gone off the deep end, invading Ukraine and bombing civilians and all that. That's some straight-up Hitler type shit, ya know? So taking him off ballots cuz of war crimes wouldn't totally shock me.

But at the same time, elections are tricky stuff. Maybe the political folks wanna leave him on there as like a "none of the above" option or something. Like "yo even this psycho is better than the current choices." Or they just don't wanna set a precedent of barring candidates for legal charges or whatever.

Honestly who knows what some of these world leaders are smoking. Maybe Vlad has some secret kompromat on people too and can twist arms. Dude is shady as hell. I wouldn't put anything past him at this point.

Alls I know is if they have any humanity left, they gotta acknowledge the guy should NOT be in power, wherever that power is. But do I think he'll actually get booted from ballots?
