How often do you apologize? Or are you a bit egotistical and don't do it?

I apologize the moment I feel I was wrong. It can be right that instant or 5 years later. But I have to have a genuine reason to do it.

If I love someone and confess it and she acts like it's a crime to say that and then it's going to be a never. Same is case when I feel someone is just trying to make me feel guilty into apologizing by playing victim. Again, no way.

If I make a mistake no matter how small I apologize but sometimes it's wise to just keep it to yourself because some people can be like "Hahaha, look how we fooled him"

I usually apologize in little ways every day like "sorry I didn't get that, can you repeat it?" But when it comes to genuinely apologizing for a wrongdoing, I prefer to do it in more casual ways. I might say "my bad" or "whoops I'll do better next time."

ONLY when I willingly do something wrong. My cousin taught me that. He taught me to never apologize for something I never intended to happen.

Too much

I grow in a house that drill it in, and I honestly genuine can't stop, and I really do mean it when its not sarcasm, I feel terrible and think over and over on everything I apologize for, like getting out of the way too slowly like 3 years ago... they got off the train, but I still delay them a few seconds, its forever going to hunt me, till I repeat it and do better

I apologize when I've made a mistake or inadvertently hurt someone. I don't apologize when things happen outside of my control though. If I could have prevented something bad and failed to do so I'll apologize for not being have to help. But some people apologize for anything and everything that happens, regardless of their role in it, and to me that seems like insecurity that they feel they have to apologize for everything.
