When you know you did (or still doing) something bad to someone, is it so difficult to stop and apologize?

Yes, but I still apologize

I can always apologize when necessary.

If someone in here wants to apologize to me, he or she can do it freely, I'm a reasonable person.

Also, if someone wants me to apologize for something, I'll do it, basically, it's rational thing to do.

It's not a problem for me, I can always apologize, but I guess it's a problem for some people who like doing bad things for no valid reason.

As I'm not a perfect human being, I may sometimes fail to recognize appropriate times for apologies.

I apologize for not being able to fully articulate my meaning at this time.
I'm quite tired and I have a headache.

I'm guessing that was an example of one type of appropriateness.
