Those fuckers says that men and women are equal. But it is the one most of the time men have to work and give money to women.

I don't want to work then if we are equal. I want a woman who will provide for me then. See, how ridiculous this sounds to your ears, right? But if a man works and her woman not, then that is still normal.

It might be traditional with some groups of people, but my mother worked and my great-grandmother also, the woman who raised my mother. I always expected to earn my own money and for the most part I have.

Men don't "always" have to work and give money to women. It's whatever the man and woman decide they want to do in their relationship. Though it might be somewhat "traditional". there's no "always" about it.

My former husband went to school 80 miles away for more than a year while I worked and supported him. I also supported him when we lived in Texas and he was in undergraduate school. That was another 2 years. While he was working on two bachelor's, I was winning bread in a full-time job.

It was his turn, because I finished my degree while he was in the Navy supporting me.

You have to find someone who agrees with flexibility in who does what when. I gave money to my husband when I was working. Happily. We joked about it.

If you find someone rigid and traditional, you're going to end up in a rigid, traditional arrangement.

Go find yourself a high powered modern woman who will pay your bills. They do exist. Just keep in mind that she’s the one in charge.

*rolls eyes* What a childish tantrum. What you basically want is to be dependent on someone else. In this situation money is basically analogous with personal freedom. You work at a job to receive money which you then use to purchase products and services according to your wishes. It grants you freedom to do what you want within the limitation of how much money you have.

So if you want a relationship where someone else works and then gives you money then you are dependent on them for your freedom. It gives them power over you to decide what you can and can't do. It makes you inferior to them in a way. I am sure women overall would have nothing against reversing this social stereotype since all that would do is to give them more power over men and also give them more freedom in their own life.

And all this, just because you are throwing a tantrum over something you feel is unfair. You dont know anything. You are literally the human definition of "The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence".

Because that's how we evolved; men take risks in resource acquisition, women take risks in childbirth and childcare. The social contract evolved as a natural response, and is quite localized in pre-industrial societies; men in, say, Inuit tribes, who routinely went out in kayaks to hunt whales that were LARGER than said kayaks held a much larger portion of social power (relative to women) than men in, say, Egypt, where risks were lower.

Sedentary civilization reduced most of those risks, but it doesn't change biology. Advancing technology has basically abolished the old social contract (arguably more than once, but that's another issue), but it cuts both ways; you're free to seek out a woman who's self-supporting, or simply opt out altogether.
