Is there a small or wide gap between Millennials and Gen Z?

I am a millennial and my girlfriends siblings are Gen Z and I have been thinking that there isn’t a big generational gap in terms of life experiences between millennials and Gen Z compared to say a Gen x and a Gen Z or a baby boomer and a Gen Z. What do you think?

Depends on when they were born. Millennials are between 1981 and 1996.. Gen Z are between 1997 and 2012. There is a huge gap in life experiences, general attitude and lifestyles between someone born in 1981 and someone born in 2012. But there is no gap in any of those things between someone born in 1996 and someone born in 1997. Still different generations though.

Depends entirely on the age of the different generations. Obviously someone who was born in 1981 (early millennial) is going to have a greater gap in life experience than someone born in 2012 (late gen z)

Depends, I'm barely millennial, by siblings are barely Gen Z. Some Gen Zers are like 15 tho and some millenials are in their early 40s.
