With an open or near open border, the demographics is changing from white to mostly Hispanic. Is this good for the economy and productivity of the US?

The average IQ for Hispanics in the U. S. is 89. The average IQ for those with a graduate degree is 125, while the average IQ for those with a high school diploma or less is 95. That is not good if a higher average IQ is beneficial to the economy.

I will delete any argument that the IQ difference is due to cultural differences. If that were true Asians and especially the Vietnamese the emigrated to the US would not have had such high IQ scores.

Arguments that Hispanics are willing to the necessary jobs that others shun, that they are more lawful citizens, that their IQ’s are more than adequate for most jobs, and most other arguments are acceptable arguments.

One solution is open the borders but there is no free lunch.

1st: No free public schools. If they attend a public school, they must pay tition of $3,000 to $10,000 per year per student. If the children don't attend school there parents can be fined up to $500 a day for Contributing to Non-attendance. If they don't pay, they go to prison until they do pay.

2nd: No free medical. If it is a medical emergency, they must pay or they can die.

3rd: No Driver's License without auto insurance.

It is not good for a society to have a large influx of people who are not assimilating to the society's culture. It is really not good if the vast majority of them are military aged males. It is extremely bad if a good portion of them are affiliated with terrorists organizations committed to overthrowing your society; and immigration is not catching and deporting those individuals immediately.

On a similar note it isn't good when you have someone marry their brother in order to immigrate into your country. Then get elected to promote the interests of their native country in the new country's Congress.

The USA took so many states from Mexico by force that I don't know what is right. At this stage, that cannot be undone. All Hispanics can do is breed in such numbers until they have the overwhelming majority to take it all back.

Have you seen the condition Mexico is in? Please take it by force, the innocent people actually want that, they want to be a part of the US because the Mexican cartels run most of Mexico, look up the Mexican cartels and see for yourself, they have more power than their government, they look like military, they have tactical gear and vehicles, I've informed myself highly on mexican cartels and the government is paid off by the cartels, the cartels tax their people and if they don't pay, they kill them not in humane ways either, cut off limbs with dull blades, decapitations, I saw someone get their heart yanked out of their chest while they were still alive and the cartel member showed the camera how it was still beating in his hand for a few seconds and then took a bite out of it, these people are sick and our country should get involved, Americans got killed in Mexico and the cartel faked an execution of the "cartel member" out of fear that the US would get involved and you can easily tell that the "cartel member" was an innocent civilian, I also saw another of cartels cut a 17 year old to pieces and made the father watch, then cut him to pieces as well (the father was a nosey cop), honestly keep them borders closed and if we are going to help Mexico, we can start with cleaning up the cartels.

Hate to break it to you but most Hispanics are White and Catholic. This is due to European colonization of the Americas. If you examine U. S. Census Bureau racial demographics, you will notice that White alone percentage is 75.5% while White alone, not Hispanic or Latino is 58.9%. Therefore if you subtract 58.9% from 75.5% you end up with a sum of 16.6% of the American population who are both Hispanics or Latinos and White in race. When you compare this to total Hispanics or Latinos in America which is 19.1% of the population you discover that 86.9% of Hispanics or Latinos in the USA are of the White race. The remaining 13.1% of Hispanics and Latinos are mix of other races like Black, Asian, Mestizo, or Mulatto. Immigration of Hispanic or Latino South and Central Americans to the USA actually makes the American population more White and reduced the percentage of Black and Asian voters as an overall ratio of the American population. While you are importing language, and cultural differences you are actually making the nation more White and more Christian. That said, the majority of Hispanics and Latinos that immigrate to the USA tend to come in a legal way.

The funniest thing about this entire "racial replacement" doctrine is that minority populations actually think they are cleverly replacing "White people" with "Brown people", when in reality they are replacing themselves with White people. I don't understand the third point you make in your update. Are you saying that in the United States a person cannot get their drivers' license if they don't have car insurance? That can't be right, that doesn't make sense.

I am talking about non-citizens. But you do have a point. Allow a driver license but if they drive they must have insurance on the car or truck they are driving or else it is impounded and sold after 30 days to cover the cost of impounding and storage.

Unilateral immigration is not a viable solution. The 19th century saw a crisis when many Irish people migrated to the country. However, limiting immigration cannot be achieved solely through the use of a wall or razor blade fences. Cooperation between the USA, Mexico, and other countries is necessary to support their economies and reduce the pressure to emigrate to the USA.

Where I live in Texas all the second generation Hispanics are saying they are white. So many white Villarreal's Alvarez', Salas' and Gomez'. I worked with a guy last name Rayna that said he was White-Hispanic. That's why I now go by Celto-Scandinavian. White isn't even really a thing.
