Yes, Mike Johnson should be commended for speaking out about how bad a deal it was. Also the alternative media highlighted many parts of this bill that actually make the crisis even worse. It is a actually a foreign aid bill disguised as a border security bill.

I was going to say no, but the mroe I learn about the bill the more I realize it is exactly the back stabbing thing Mich and 2 RINO would make with the democrats.

* Handing out work permits like candy drawing in countless more for the reward,
* filling it with crippling loopholes making it ever more pointless.
* moving the court of authority to the overloaded and illegal immigrant friendly D. C. circuit to all but guarantee an even longer wait before trial and release into the country.
* setting a threshold for 'shutdown' already near what the current levels are and then crippling it for most of the year.
* Adding only 1300 border patrol agents for to desk work only.

* the 'new' funding isn't even available until 2028 after who ever wins is out of office.

This very long bill develop in secrete and only released at the last minute so nobody could read it and find all this crap was designed to make the border problems far worse to accomplish the long standing open borders policy objectives of the politicians who wrote it.
